Catherine Atkinson spoke on ‘Working with Counsel’ yesterday at Osbornes Solicitors’ offices. The talk’s main objective was to provide information to solicitors about when and how to instruct a barrister and what makes for a good instruction. Also some tips for junior solicitors about how they prepare their cases and deal with witness statements and medical reports.
15 solicitors from Osbornes attended the session and the feedback was very positive.
