His experience extends to contractual disputes, residential and business landlord and tenant cases, neighbour disputes (including on boundaries), beneficial interests in land cases, lease / licence issues and building disputes.
Tom was an editor of the Landlord and Tenant Reports, published by Sweet & Maxwell, in 2015-2020.
