Gareth Munday and Stephanie Hayward secure convictions for conspiracy to traffic women for sexual exploitation, and conspiracy to control prostitution for gain, following 9-week trial

News | Fri 18th Mar, 2022

At Isleworth Crown Court, the jury returned guilty verdicts in respect of 5 Defendants who conspired to traffic women both into the United Kingdom and across London and the Southeast, for prostitution.

Initially working together as part of a single enterprise, Sebastian Zimoch and Michal Lozinski set up their own companies: ‘Golden Kiss’, ‘Massage Bunnies’ and ‘Sexy Bunnies Team’ through which they and the other Defendants controlled the prostitution of multiple sex workers. Each Defendant played a part in driving the conspiracies which included paying for and advertising sexual services on adult websites, fixing prices for sexual services, managing the number of clients the women would see, organising the division of payment and fees, and arranging for women to be couriered to ‘outcalls’ at hotels and other venues, as well as brothels, to be sexually exploited. Additionally, Michal Lozinski also trafficked women from abroad into the UK, who later became sex workers.

Whilst the Defendants controlled the prostitution of multiple sex workers, only one complainant gave evidence at trial. The prosecution presented circumstantial evidence including extensive phone material, website and banking information, and covert surveillance.

Sentence was adjourned to May 2022.

Gareth and Stephanie were instructed by the CPS Complex Crime Case Unit.
