Jeremy Ford completes the Deloitte Ride Across Britain challenge

News | Tue 15th Sep, 2015

Jeremy Ford has completed the Deloitte Ride Across Britain challenge to raise funds for the Frenkel Topping Charitable Foundation.  The gruelling challenge involved cycling from Lands’ End to John O’Groats in 9 days, a total distance of over 960 miles covering a total elevation of over 15,000 metres.

Speaking after crossing the finish line, Jeremy said “I’m delighted to have completed the ride, it became progressively harder as time went on, but the scenery was amazing and I feel privileged to have seen this beautiful island from a bike.  Thanks to everyone for the phenomenal support I received”.

The Frenkel Topping Charitable Foundation was launched in March 2015 to support projects for vulnerable and disabled individuals and their families/carers across England and Wales.

There is still time to support the charity by sponsoring Jeremy here.
