Johnathan has been instructed to advise and represent UK Athletics in a QBD claim brought against the governing body by a coach engaged in track and field events who was injured during an athletic meeting. The claim is an interesting one in that it crosses the divide between professional coaching and the interrelationship with the way in which they earn a living outside of the sport.
