Laura Hibberd and Thomas Jones give Court of Protection webinar on Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Care Act 2014

Laura Hibberd and Thomas Jones conducted a webinar for London Borough of Hackney on these two key pieces of legislation in the Court of Protection. The webinar included discussions on key provisions of these Acts and recent case law.
