Lucy Lodewyke and Amelia Katz deliver talk on claims under the Highways Act 1980

Lucy Lodewyke and Amelia Katz conducted an on-site talk for Bike Assist Legal on this piece of legislation and public liability cases. The talk included discussions on the key provisions in the Act, relevant case law and practical considerations about preparing such cases to trial.
