Assistant Practice Manager
Lauren Carter joined Chambers in April 2022, having clerked previously at a leading Criminal set.
She graduated from Queen Mary University London in August 2020, and is currently studying at Law School.
Lauren is responsible for both diary and practice management, and in the day-to-day running of both Chambers Criminal & Police Law teams- including the allocation of new work, fee negotiation, billing, listings & liaising with the courts.
She has in-depth knowledge of each of the members within her teams, the nature of their work & our respective clients- and always ensures that suitable counsel is allocated to each individual case.
Lauren is also involved in developing and maintaining client relationships.
She is a qualified member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks.
