Stuart McKechnie and Giles Eyre attended the Cambridge office of Irwin Mitchell Solicitors on 28th April 2016 to provide a Medico Legal Master Class. The talk was attended by 25 Medical Consultants working in the Cambridge area.
Stuart spoke on CPR Part 35 Duties, Giving Evidence at Trial and lessons from case law. Giles presented a guide on how to write medico-legal reports and prepare joint statements.
