Ahead of an imminent trial to establish liability, German holiday operator TUI has agreed a settlement “without admission of liability or fault” in respect 30 Britons who were unlawfully killed during an attack in Tunisia. This tragically occurred on 26 June 2015 on a beach at the five-star Riu Imperial Marhaba hotel complex on the Sousse coast.
