Vince Williams has secured a settlement of £1.35million for a man who has been left catastrophically injured following a car accident in September 2013.
The victim was a rear seat passenger in car which was being driven by the defendant. The defendant lost control of the car which overturned and the claimant was left with multiple injuries including a spinal cord injury resulting in tetraplegia and a number of cervical fractures.
The case settled at a joint settlement meeting on 25 January 2016 for a lump sum payment of £1.35million and a PPO of £250,000 p.a. This settlement takes into account the ongoing accommodation and care needs of the claimant, who now requires 24 hour care.
Vince was instructed by Helen Clifford of McMillan Williams Solicitors.
