We are delighted to announce that the 4th Edition of the ‘Guide to MIB Claims – Uninsured and Untraced Drivers‘ has been released today. The book was written by Andrew Ritchie QC and edited by Jeremy Ford and published by The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), in association with Jordan Publishing.
The latest Edition of the Guide brings the law up to date and considers the 2015 Uninsured Drivers Agreement, Francovich claims and VNUK.
It also reveals the that the sums paid out by the MIB evidenced in the annual reports and funded by the MIB levy decreased from £417m in 2008 to £244m in 2014.
